I’m a licensed dietitian nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) who specializes in mental health and gastrointestinal wellness through a functional nutrition approach—which is really just a fancy way of saying I help people feel better in their guts and their heads, often at the same time. Using the principles of Polyvagal Theory, I guide clients in building resilience and balance by addressing the mind-body connection through nutrition. Think of it as science meets self-care, with a dash of practical magic. (For those old enough to catch the reference, I stan a midnight margarita).

I’m also the author of the upcoming book This Is Your Body on Trauma: How to Nourish Safety, Resilience, and Connection with Polyvagal-Informed Nutrition. It’s available for pre-order on Amazon and set to release in August 2025. This book is packed with practical tips on how to use food to support healing and feel safer in your body—no kale sermons or celery juice mandates, I promise.

As a co-founder of Clinician's Incubator, I mentor and provide clinical supervision for post-graduate nutrition students pursuing their CNS credential. I help them tackle complex clinical cases, build sustainable practices, and navigate the wild world of being a nutrition professional. It’s like coaching, but with fewer whistles and more snack breaks.

I’m also a co-founder of Nutrition Hive, a medical nutrition therapy group practice specializing in mental health, gut health, and hormonal balance. At Nutrition Hive, we’re all about evidence-based, weight-inclusive care. My team and I help clients achieve better health without the drama of diet culture—because life’s too short to count almond slivers.

Through my work, I blend clinical expertise with a hefty dose of compassion (and the occasional bad joke), creating spaces where clients and practitioners can thrive.
