I want to help you navigate the world of nutrition in developing a supportive relationship with food and with your body. I am passionate about helping clients cut through the confusing and often contradicting nutrition advice to help them find what fuels them. You are unique - with your own experiences and health challenges - which will reflect in our work together.
I became interested in nutrition based on my experience as a professional ballerina. I have first hand experience of how restriction and diet-culture can impact one’s relationship with food and ability to thrive. I love working with clients in the areas of mental health, eating behavior, eating disorders, and sports nutrition.
“I want to help you navigate the world of nutrition in developing a supportive relationship with food and with your body.”
A weight-inclusive, non-dieting approach to nutrition is foundational to my practice. I enjoy coming up with out of the box ways to support you on your health journey. We may include games, experiments, recipe searching, and crafts to help make food fun.
In my spare time, I love to dance, cook with fun ingredients, hike (and just enjoy nature) and read.
